I recently discovered e.l.f. (Eyes Lips Face) at Target. I was browsing through the cosmetics there and came upon a section with products priced at $1.00 and $3.00. At first I thought my eyes were deceiving me, how could the prices be so cheap? I then found someone who worked there and asked if the prices were a mistake. You probably are guessing by now that they were for real!

Eyes Lips Face believes that innovative technology, quality ingredients and superb delivery systems should not be limited to prestige retailers. Every woman should have the opportunity to participate in innovation, without sacrificing her budget. They also have three different brands: Studio (my favorite at the moment), Mineral, and then of course their very own Eyes Lips Face.

As I stated earlier e.l.f. can be found at many Target stores, as well as Food 4 Less and Kmart (a little random, I know!). You can also visit their website located at EyesLipsFace.com. Be sure to sign up with them as you'll receive many coupon codes in your inbox! If you'd like even more I would suggest checking out their Facebook page too.

So what did I purchase? Sadly, not much but I plan on getting more from them and reviewing those as well...

I picked up the Golden Bronzer from the Studio collection and I have been using it ever since! The combination of colors are beautiful and it creates such a gorgeous look with just the right touch of shimmer. I am very pleased with the result and the quality and I still can't believe it was only $3.00!

I also picked up the Nourishing Cuticle Pen for $1.00. Unfortunately I sort of forgot about it and only used it once, but I can say that there was nothing about it that I didn't like. However I do realize I need to coninute to use it to see if I get the results expected. :)

What products have you tried from e.l.f.? Tell us about them!

Wow!! I had no idea they were so cheap! It seems like a really great line, though I haven't checked out any of the products yet. I'm totally gonna stock up on some things though! I'm glad you've seen good results so far! :)

Yes, I'm very impressed with them! One of our other posters, Casee has also purchased some products and liked them as well.

I think there are a few things from the actual e.l.f. line that aren't so great...I believe I heard the mascara and eyeshadows (could be wrong). However the eyeshadows from Mineral and Studio seem to be better. Still, trying out a $1.00 product from e.l.f to see if you like it won't hurt much! :)

Yay! I love this line. The undereye concealer and brightener is a dream. I've been using it every day since I bought it.

Like Jen said, it's rather nice and easy to be able to try it out for $1, and if you like it there's such a wide variety of colors to choose from later!

I almost bought that cuticle pen. Definitely keep us updated as you use it, Jen, and let us know what you think. (:
