Fashion Finds: Maxi Dresses

Fashion Finds

Maxi Dresses are perfect if you need something quick to throw on, or if you feel like your body needs to breathe from the heat of Summer. They're really comfortable, light and just plain easy. You can also dress them up with belts and create more complete looks with cute cardigans and statement jewelry. What's not to love?

If you're looking into purchasing Maxi Dresses having a solid color in your closet (black is always a good choice) and also something more fun like a floral print would be a good way to start. Some of the dresses I gathered below are rather pricey, but I hope these will inspire you to find something out there that you like. There's no limit when it comes to a design of a Maxi Dress!

Tip: Places like Target, H&M, and Forever 21 will have Maxi Dresses at affordable prices.

Lovely! I actually just bought my very first maxi dress from Dorothy Perkins. I'm hoping it gets delivered today, actually. (It was supposed to come on Friday, but I'm guessing the storm set the mail back a bit.)

I've never been daring enough to try maxi dresses before because, being a bigger build, I wasn't entirely sure that they'd flatter me. But I think if you get the right one it can elongate your figure and quite work well.

I actually saw the cityscape dress on Threadsence yesterday and almost added it to my Wishpot! It's such a cool statement piece.
