I am really excited to announce that I am now a Beauty Contributor and Partner of Beauty Box 5! If you're a fan of monthly subscription boxes as I am, then you'll love this one! Beauty Box 5 delivers 5 deluxe cosmetic samples to your door for $12 a month or $30 for a quarterly subscription (which allows you to save $6!). They work with brands like Model Co., Aveeno, It's a 10, Bellapierre Cosmetics and more! You can sign up here if you're interested. As a partner, I'll be reviewing the products sent out on a monthly basis and giving you sneak peeks on what's to come!
With November's box I received some great items along with coupons (one of them is for a free deodorant), and an exclusive offer for the ever popular Travola fragrance atomizer. Everything was packaged nicely in their signature blue box.
My favorite item is the Bellapierre Cosmetics Shimmer Powder in the shade Champagne. I don't own any mineral powder so shimmery and glittery. It's absolutely gorgeous! These powders retail at $14.99. This alone was more than the box itself!
Next up is the Clinical Strength Antiperspirant & Deodorant by Secret. Back in August I actually reviewed the Clinical Strength Waterproof Deodorant and have been using it and loving it since. I think this one I received smells nicer and I'm interested in seeing if it'll do the job just as well. I have high hopes!
I'm no fan of grapefruit. The food or the scent. This Lip Drench by Body Drench isn't too bad though. It definitely won't be my go-to chap stick but it could act as a back up. The description says it has eight hours of vitamin-packed hydration. I've never heard of this brand before but they have a Raspberry scent I'd like to try!
I don't consider myself talented when it comes to describing scents. The best way to tell you how this Calming Body Wash by Aveeno smells is soft and feminine. Whoever decided to mix lavender, chamomile and ylang-ylang together is brilliant!
I've tried a few of the Montagne Jeunesse Masques before and have always enjoyed it's benefits. I didn't realize they made actual face masques until I received the Glacial Clay Cooling Face Mask. I definitely did not like the smell at all but my face felt super clean and refreshed afterwards! They have tons to choose from in stores and they're never over $2.50.
And that is everything I received in the November Box! In case you need a little extra convincing to sign up here is a photo of what last month's box looked like...
Tell me ladies which monthly subscription boxes do you get or want to sign up for?
*If you haven't already, please take this 3 question survey for my blog. I promise it'll take less than a minute! Thanks, I appreciate it!
