This is my first time doing a post on empty products I have used up. The purpose of this is to discuss whether or not I liked the product and if I think it is worth purchasing or not! Let's dive in, shall we?
I've purchased this eyeliner (in the shade Black) a handful of times already. It's the perfect black shade and it lasts all day! Transitioning from an eyeliner pencil to a liquid tip can be quite challenging at first but I will say it's so much easier creating that sharp tip at the outer corner of your eye for a great cat eye look. The application is smooth but you definitely have to have a much steadier hand when using a liquid liner. There are still times I mess up and have to work around my mistake or start all over (though that's only happened twice). Overall I really like this eyeliner and would definitely recommend it!
This was a purchase I made during a BOGO promotion at Ulta. It caught my eye and I decided to try it. I'm no fan of plastic bristles, so that was an immediate turn off for me. I also didn't feel that it lengthened my lashes as much as other mascaras and it didn't make them look full either. Whenever I used this mascara I would combine it with another to get the full effect. I am not repurchasing it and wouldn't recommend it.
Besides the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, which is amazing, this is the only other face primer I have tried. It's not the most amazing product ever but it definitely does work and you can totally see a difference with it on. It helps to diminish pores and lessen the appearance of fine lines. It's a small pot but don't let that fool you, a little product goes a long way! Typically I will work it into my t-zone area and my cheeks for a more flawless appearance. I would recommend it if you're on a budget but still want a good base for your makeup.
This has been my go-to foundation (I wear the shade Ivory) for several months now. The coverage is wonderful and buildable. It lasts all day and definitely helps to control oily skin. I would absolutely recommend it if you're interested in trying a new foundation. I've received many compliments while wearing this foundation and a lot of people mistake it for a high end brand. Note: There is also a Normal/Dry skin option available.
Another go-to product of mine is this bronzer in the shade Medium/Bronze. It's a great basic matte bronzer that isn't too light or dark. It lasted for the longest time and I just recently purchased a second one. Unless you want something with a bit of shimmer, this is a great option!
As always, thanks for reading lovelies!
