Summer Trend: Cold Shoulders

Summer Trend: Cold Shoulders | Style through Her Eyes
One of the season's hottest trends is the fuss free version of off-the-shoulder tops, cardigans, dresses, etc. If you've recently spotted garments with shoulder cut outs, which are more commonly referred to as "cold" or "exposed" shoulders, you're about to see even more on the racks as Summer approaches. I think it adds a lot of character to each piece and it definitely has the power to give even an evening dress a bit of an edge. Not surprisingly so, with this trend also comes several revealing pieces. But as you can see above, there are some perfectly modest and fashion forward options that would be fabulous for several occasions.

I like how you highlighted this trend with an emphasis on modesty which I'm all about. The Pintucked Bib Cold Shoulder Shirt is my favorite!

I'm loving the cold shoulder look as well, but I'm more into the shirts that are off shoulder completely. Very summer ready!

Ooh I love that green one! And I'd totally wear the striped one if it was the same length in back and front, haha

Oh what a perfect name for these type of tops, I soooo want one of these. The off the shoulder trend is so big but freaks me out a bit this is a great alternative.
