Fashion Finds: Cat Eye Sunglasses

Fashion Finds: Cat Eye Sunglasses | Style through Her Eyes

The Cat Eye has continued to be a highly sought after fashion accessory for its unique shape and bold statement. With several options to choose from, it can be worn by almost anyone! Some frames are more rounded and subtle while others have quite the sharp edge for those who are feeling extra daring. Here's a few that I've spotted recently at different price points to fit your individual needs. However, you will find in the descriptions that you get what you pay for. Which is your favorite?

Nordstrom - $50

This retro-inspired pair by Quay Australia is perfectly shiny! It's made of plastic with 100% UVA protection and is available in two other colors.

ASOS - $13

The rose gold metal trim on these sunglasses by New Look is very much on trend! The frame is made of plastic and comes with UVA protection.

Brighton Collectibles - $110

The ornamentation on this particular pair really brightens your face while the brown ombre hues of the lenses soften the look. Brighton sunglasses come with a one year warranty against manufacture defects (with lenses that can be replaced for $10 and arms for $14). They are made of acetate, are optical ready with anti-scratch lenses, and have 100% UVA/UVB protection.

Warby Parker - $95

This pair is more rounded and perfect for those wanting to test out the Cat Eye trend. Warby Parker is comparable to Brighton Collectibles with glasses made from acetate that come with a one year, no-scratch guarantee that they'll happily replace if something were to happen. Their glasses also have 100% UV protection and for every pair you purchase, a pair is given to someone in need.

Target - $16.99

How unique is this shape? It reminds me of a dramatic eyeliner look. Plus, you can never go wrong with an all black pair. These are made of plastic and have UV protection.

Tell me, do you rock the Cat Eye?

Cat eyes are such a dramatic and feminine frame style. I have a pair and they always make me feel cool when I wear them.
